“Dear Martin, On behalf my family I would like to pass my heartfelt thanks to you, your family and staff for the compassionate, thorough and professional manner in which you handled the funeral arrangements for my Father. Thank you for guiding us through the process along with the wider aspects of bereavement. We were very appreciative of the many visits to the house and for welcoming us into your chapel of rest to see Dad one last time. From a personal point of view I was grateful for your clear and calm guidance to myself and the pallbearers. I feel the funeral was a very fitting send off for Dad and I would like to thank you again for the part you played in that.”
