Mark, Steven, Linden and the Abbott family thank all of you who attended Joan Abbott’s Funeral on 24th February 2020 in St Petroc’s Church Padstow and afterwards at The Harbour Hotel. Joan was given a great send off and we all celebrated her long life in a fitting way. Donations are being gratefully received for The Padstow Lifeboat Crew Fund and The Alzheimer’s Society.
Thank you in particular to Bluebird Care and their carers who looked after her so well at home; local people who talked to Mum and came to the funeral; to Canon Michael Fisher and St Petroc’s Church Padstow; Kate at Floribunda Cornwall for creating lovely floral tributes for us; to Shelley and team at the Harbour Hotel Padstow for organising the wake so well and of course Martin Rogers & staff at T.C.Rogers and Son, Funeral Directors who looked after every detail so sensitively and kindly.
